CERTIFICATE LEVEL 1/ LEVEL 2 ICF
Upon completion of the program, you receive an international level certificate LEVEL 1/LEVEL 2 ICF, which confirms your possession of professional coaching competencies at the highest level and with which you can build your successful practice, become an ACC, PCC ICF coach and work with clients around the world.
MENTORING
Mentoring is recognized by the ICF as the most effective method for training and developing coaches. As part of the program, you undergo 6 hours of group mentoring and 4 hours of individual mentoring with a PCC ICF level coach. This training format hones mastery of skills.

Coaching training by studying video lessons and completing practical tasks on the platform and in pairs with colleagues. Learn at your own pace, without being tied to time or place. You will receive not just theory, but useful knowledge that you can apply to achieve your goals.
Flexible learning
Training through individual lessons and practices on Zoom in mini groups (15 people) with a personal mentor (PCC ICF coach). The mentor not only explains the educational material and conveys his practical experience to the student, but also develops soft-skills, motivates him to study, immerses him in the profession, monitors the development of acquired knowledge in practice and is responsible for the successful certification of his student.
Mentor training
We abandoned groups of 50-70 people in favor of individual work with each student. Our unique personal approach and small training groups allow us to achieve high results in the education of future professional coaches! This type of training is for those who are serious about the quality of their education and future professional activities, take the best and want training providers to guarantee results.
